At Fancy Impress, we want all our customers to be completely in love with their purchases! However, we understand that online shopping doesn’t always go as planned, so these simple steps and tips are here to help. By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following policy regarding the return, exchange & refund of your purchase.
We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described. You can get a refund 1 week after the claim process finishes. This guarantee is in addition to & does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, as granted by all mandatory laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence.
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
1. Contact Our Customer Care Center
Go to your order history & Note the Order No#. Discuss the issues with our customer care center & see possible solutions.
2. Apply for a Refund
If you can’t come to an amicable agreement after contacting the customer care center, simply raise a claim by opening a dispute within 1 week following the delivery of your order or the end of the package receipt confirmation period (as listed in your order details).
3. Get Money Back in 15 Days
In most cases, we will return your money within 15 days, however; if it’s not resolved, you can contact our Customer Care Center with your Order details to escalate your dispute.
Return & Exchange
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt; goods must be returned in their original condition. Some garments or footwear may have labels removed by the manufacturer or wholesaler, this does not constitute damage. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on swimwear, accessories, and any items of jewelry.
All carriage charges for returning any items will be at the expense of the customer, refunds will not include any carriage charges, and may take up to 7 days to process. Please keep your postage receipt safe until your refund or return has been confirmed.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM
We’re sorry, we don’t offer an exchange service. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us for a full refund as per our ‘Returns Policy’ and place a new order for the item(s) you want.
- Return items locally and easily: 1) Get the return code or label from the customer care center. 2) wait for door-to-door pickup service or take your package to the designated service point and, 3) lastly, wait for the local warehouse to confirm receipt of your returned package.
- A refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meets the conditions for reimbursement.
- Items will be processed at a local warehouse. If you receive a faulty item, please email Info@fancyimpress.com and details of the fault along with your Name and Order No.
We will then contact you to resolve the problem.
Any refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 15 days. Our team will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions.
